The British Science Asspciation runs the CREST Investigators and Crest Awards schemes.
Crest Investigators is a scheme that enables primary children to solve scientific problems through practical investigation. The activities focus on thinking about, talking about and doing science. They are designed primarily to be used outside class time, eg in a science club.
Crest Awards are for young people aged 11-19. Through BA Crest, young people explore the real nature of science and technology by doing their own creative problem solving through mini research projects.
