Scottish Learning Festival

On 24 and 25 of September the Scottish Learning Festival will be held in Glasgow. At this festival you can find information on STEM activities and STEM Scotland. At this event TechFest-SetPoint (STEMNET contract holder for Scotland North East) will be presenting their activities.
Why is the Scottish Learning Festival so important?
The Scottish Learning Festival is about teaching and learning and offers a number of opportunities to enhance the education profession by providing:
- inspiration and new ideas
- an opportunity to network with peers
- a range of options to enhance the learning and teaching experience for all.
In addition, teachers want practical advice and ideas about effective use of ICT in their classrooms to improve the quality of learning and teaching.
Who can attend the Scottish Learning Festival?
The Scottish Learning Festival is suitable for headteachers, senior management, policy makers, librarians and teaching practitioners in early years, primary, secondary, further and special education establishments. Community education learners and practitioners are also catered for.
