Wizz-Bang STEM Roadshow

Out of school events, student and teacher resources, age range 11-14.

Wizz-Bang is a nationwide roadshow presented by young graduates, scientists and engineers designed to show the exciting, real-life applications of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects. The subject of the 2008 roadshow sponsored by OPITO (The Oil & Gas Academy), will be Energy. With the demand for fuel and food reaching dramatic proportions, how will science, technology and engineering help us rise to the challenge of providing energy for future generations? This and many other questions will be explored in this exciting, explosive and interactive presentation. The live shows are linked to S1/S2 science curriculum. Pre and post-show resources for teachers are available.
